Report Lost or Stolen Card

If you believe your MA Bank Debit Card has been lost or stolen, please notify us immediately. If you are calling during regular business hours please call the bank at 660-385-3161. If you are calling after hours or over the weekend please call our Card Support Center at 866-546-8273 to cancel your card. 

We offer instant issue debit cards in our branch locations and can reissue you a new card in just minutes!

You are also able to manage your card (turn it on and off) in our MA Bank Mobile.  If you turn your card off, it can not be used.  This allows you the ultimate control of your debit card!
